We’re hiring a Solution Consultant 

Our new Solution Consultant will utilize excellent communication and account management skills to establish, maintain and build customer relationships with mid-to-senior level clients.

MISSION Leverage solid experience and analytical skills to champion customer needs, identify opportunities and solutions, manage project implementation and demonstrate ROI to achieve renewals of enterprise accounts.

OUTCOMES, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE –

Achieve target renewal rate for our enterprise accounts

  • Serve as the account leader providing business expertise and access to Client Services resources

  • Establish, maintain and build customer relationships with mid-to-senior level client contacts

  • Develop project timelines and milestones for successful product roll-outs

  • Develop account plans in partnership with the sales team

  • Typically requires 3+ years working with enterprise accounts and/or e-commerce retailers, preferably in the vitamin or other health related categories

  • Creative or digital agency experience a plus. 

Design client-specific experiments that demonstrate a positive return on investment
  • Define ROI goals with the client and make business recommendations to achieve targets

  • Develop reporting scorecards with the account to measure progress

  • Develop a hypothesis on how to improve customer performance and design a test to prove results

  • Proficient with web analytics solutions such as Google Analytics, Webtrends or Adobe Sitecatalyst

  • Experience running a/b or multi-variate tests

  • Ability to structure analytics data and draw insightful conclusions

Share customer success internally and externally to broaden our value proposition in the industry
  • Write and maintain web focused best practice guides and implementation documents

  • Regularly share learnings internally with product development and account teams

  • Experience writing technical or business documentation a plus. Provide pre and post sales leadership to the account team

  • Review implementations, identify opportunities and provide product recommendations

  • Communicate how to best leverage our REST based web services and business focused implementation tools

  • Work collaboratively with Sales Manager to identify add-on and renewal revenue opportunities

Manage customer engagements and projects in the development process
  • Create user stories and project requirements for named accounts based on client needs

  • Communicate project deliverables and project status to the account team

  • Review final product to ensure specifications are met

  • Familiarity with scrum agile software development methodology will be beneficial
