Combining extensive business expertise with health and wellness acumen, they lead a team of talented employees to create innovative products and solutions for leading retailers and organizations around the world.

Dr. Skye Lininger

Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Skye has more than 20 years experience in the computer and software industry and has served as CEO of a consumer-direct catalog business and VP of Sales and Marketing for a dietary supplement company. He practiced for ten years as chiropractor. In addition to the DC, he holds a master’s degree in English from California State University, Fresno and an MBA from the University of Oregon. He has taught both English and Nutrition at the college level. He has served as the Board Chair for both Bastyr University and Western States Chiropractic College, and is a former member of the Executive Committee of Portland Center Stage. He currently serves on the board of Pulse Health. He enjoys photography, hiking, reading, movies, scuba diving, travel and spending time with his family.

Jeffrey P. Beyer

Chief Financial Officer


Jeff focuses on creating customer and shareholder value, and ensuring that the Aisle7 team has the right resources and environment to be successful. Before joining Aisle7, Jeff was CEO of Canyon Peak, a strategic consulting business, and president of WellMed, an e-health company that was sold to WebMD. Prior to that, Jeff founded and served as CEO of Canyon Seven, a prestige wellness business developed in partnership with Johnson & Johnson and Canyon Ranch Health Resorts, and spent seventeen years working on consumer businesses at Johnson & Johnson. In addition to his real full-time job of coaching kids’ sports teams, Jeff loves to cook— particularly anything that can be served with a glass of wine on the deck

David Minns

Executive Vice President

Dave runs all aspects of Aisle7 directly related to customers, before and after we make the sale. He loves his job because he is able to work with the most innovative and progressive retail enterprises – large and small – each year and learn what makes each one special to consumers. Dave has worked for over twenty years in sales and sales management with much of his early sales experience at Oracle Corporation, the second largest software company in the world. As far as prior experience with growth stage companies goes, before joining Aisle7, Dave was Senior Vice President of Sales for WellMed, an e-health company focused on large employer groups and healthcare organizations, which was sold to WebMD. Prior to that, Dave co-founded, was a director and served as Senior Vice President of Sales for ECS Integrated Technology Solutions, an Oracle ERP consulting business that was sold to CSC Consulting.

Greg Heartman

Vice President of Product Development

Greg brings extensive experience building innovative software products & services, overseeing development teams and managing award-winning websites. Greg has worked in technology for over fourteen years for such established and start-up companies as Microsoft, Digimarc, 800.com, and StudyDog.

Kelly Orehovec

HR Director

Kelly oversees staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits. She previously worked in the public and private sectors at TriMet, Pyramid Breweries and New Seasons Market, leading human resources and training teams. Kelly also served as president of the board of directors for Portland's American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). Kelly earned an MA in Adult Education and Training from Oregon State University and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2004. In her pre-children days, Kelly wrote a blog called You Are What You Eat, which explored how to eat locally and healthily. Today, she loves spending time with her kids and husband and carves out time to run, kayak and bike.
